The end of the year celebrations where we usually eat and drink are over. Drinking some detox juices will help rebalance the body.
Detox shakes are drinks made from a mixture of vegetables and fruits. Thus we get a supplement to our diet, which without being caloric, gives us energy, they are also good for our body and promote purification.
Basic detoxifying juice

The amounts of each vegetable can be modified according to our preferences and, taking into account the properties of each ingredient, the apple being the element that will provide a certain sweetness.
It is a pump of vitamins and minerals that helps oxygenate the blood, improves intestinal transit and is incredibly energetic. Perfect for the morning.
Green tea and fruit slush
We can choose our favorite frozen fruits and mix them with a cup of green tea, honey, lemon juice and water. It is excellent for accelerating the metabolism, diuretic and antioxidant.
Spinach, apple and celery smoothie
We will take it by mixing it with water and lemon juice. It serves as a substitute for breakfast or a snack. It is rich in fiber and antioxidants.
