- 1 cup of flour of the type you prefer
- 1 tablespoon muscovado sugar
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of soy or almond milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat a griddle in a pot over medium heat.
Combine the four dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) in a bowl. Add the soy milk and vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
